Day 90... 3 months in... and not quite halfway :(

I had hoped that this could be my "halfway point," some reason to celebrate, the indicator of progress, but alas, this past weekend ruined all that. Not even celery can fix this. Went for a run last night and nothing. no change :(

  1. I vote you stop beating your self up over this. Have you heard of mind over matter? If you keep stressing about the fact you are not loosing weight I think your body will rebel and try to keep it on longer. Take a deep breath and tell yourself it is only a matter of time before the scale shows you a number you would prefer. You can do it girl!
