Diet Day 28

It sort of happened again. Or maybe the meals I've been planning are just insufficient? I mean, 4.5 oz of baked chicken and 2 servings of hummus is filling enough for a bit, but when I'm just too busy to have a snack afterwards? It's hard to blame it on the sewing, but when my hands are busy, I just don't even finish my drinks. Oh well. I'm sure I'll hit it today!
