Diet Day 23

Didn't have much to eat most of the day, and ran nearly 3 miles at lunch time,  so I had a bunch of calories free by the time we were going out so we decided to go out for Italian. So naturally all the calorie counts after lunch are estimates because you never know what they've put in the food, but I did my best. The asparagus, artichoke and bacon risotto wasn't really worth the wait, but it was ok.
