Day 160 - it says 149 again....

So I was teased last week by the scale saying 149 then spent all last week at 150, so we'll see if it sticks around this time. I just don't understand how this works, because last night I felt so incredibly full after eating dinner that I was just sure it was going to go up. BUT, that did keep me from snacking, so maybe that's the key? Who knows.
