Day 148 - Yay! ankle is better!

Mysterious ankle pain went away and while I had other plans at lunch (had to get my eyebrows waxed and dyed), after work I got in 45 minutes on the treadmill before my abs class (which my friend Deena calls "Ukranian Smackdown" due to the instructor).
