Day 134

Went to abs class last night - a friend who works with Mark who also attends the class on occasion likes to call it Ukranian Smackdown. The tiny woman who runs the salon below the gym teaches it. She's not a great teacher in that she doesn't always know what she's doing, but she does manage to find ways of making you hurt. Last night she said she was going to "take it easy on us" because it was so hot out and the gym didn't have the A/C on. All that seemed to mean was that we didn't have to use the step props during the warmup.

Went home and Mark BBQ'd steak for us while I took a shower. Mmmmmmmmmm......
