Day 110.... starting to care less

So ever since I was given the calorie bump up, I've been going over more. This is not a good sign. It may take considerably longer than 100 days to lose the next 20 lbs.

Anyway, part of the problem seems to be not being able to get accurate calorie information on the things I'm eating. Eating less pre-packaged things at home leads to greater uncertainty. I refuse to believe that 5 thin slices of Como bread are really 700 calories. The bread is mostly HOLES! Anyway, the package of chocolate bars didn't help, but they are gone now.

Tuesday morning,  still 155.3 lbs

Breakfast
1/2 serving Fat Free Milk - 45

Lunch

Dinner
4 medium slices Baguette - 701 (I have a problem with this number. I don't believe it one bit.)
1 serving Traditional Hummus - 90

Snacks/Other
1 serving Hard Cider - Amber - 200 (not sure if this is right either - especially since the Spire website says it's only 99)
1 serving Milk Chocolate Bar - 210
1 serving Smooth & Dreamy Ice Cream Sandwiches - Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - 160
1 serving White Mint Truffle Bar - 100

Total = 1969
