Days 213-216

I barely remember Friday.... Saturday I played underwater hockey and started out good, but then I went out and had some wine and snacks and that kinda blew it. Sunday I had a photoshoot that I mostly planned for all day and then ate like crazy when I got home and so I lost track of what all I had (all I know is I had half a tub of hummus and the rest of the cheese garlic toast along with a GIANT helping of spaghetti - who knew modeling would make me so hungry?) And Monday I was exceptionally good. Plus I went for a 3.5 mile run after work.
