Day 292

Sooo….. I need to break out the sewing machine or knitting or SOMETHING again while I'm watching movies at night because I just keep SNACKING! On the plus side, I ate a TON of broccoli and did my Buns of Steel tape at lunch.

  1. I don't think you need to stop snacking necessarily, maybe just want to change your snacks. Popcorn is relatively low in calories and makes a good movie snack. I like to snack on nuts, even though they are high in fat, it is the good kind of fat and they are low in carbs. A veggie plate would take more effort but would add some extra vitamins and fiber into your diet while letting you snack. Just a thought.
