So, I didn't blog yesterday because I was angry at the scale. After several days at 152.1, I was back up to 153.4. I have no idea why, perhaps I'm cheating my numbers again, but damnit, I'm tired of being in the 150's. I went for a run and did Day 1 of Week 8 of Freeway to 10k and it didn't even make a difference.
