I never know how much to put here about bathroom habits. What's TMI when you are trying to explain how things go in but they don't come out and that's why you're still carrying at least an extra pound or two all week? Anyway, after my high fiber morning breakfast, I went BACK to the bathroom and finally got the courage to step on the scale. Although at this point I'd already EATEN breakfast, so that's at least another few ounces, right?
